Submissions

I've submitted two short stories to Cirsova.  Now I have to force myself to forget about the submission until I get the latest news.

Why am I obsessive?  Why am I neurotic?  I proof read both stories before formatting and sending them; I found two typographical errors and one sentence that was clumsy.  I fixed the errors, yes, but what if there were others?  What if I get rejected due to a poorly formed sentence?

What if I get published?

Gah!  I'm going to work on my detective novel, or finish up a short science fiction story I wrote six months ago.

    1. A fantasy and science fiction magazine. The owner-editor and CEO is a brilliant man with an exquisite sense of the aesthetics. I've been published in it once, which caused an impromptu happy dance around the office, and I'd like to see my work between the pages again.

Check the link at the top right. The story is Deemed Unsuitable, a space opera ray gun romance. What I was truly thrilled about is that they published my story without any edits - which is very unusual.
